Sound healing – what can you expect from a sound healing session?

Using a variety of sounds from different instruments and to access music as an intermediary source of focus. Using the sense of hearing and listening to sounds and finding a place of relaxation and calmness.   
Either sitting or lying down accessing music that is either being performed or from an audio speaker
The engagement is mostly receptive music though in some instances can be participatory if willing.
Gentle breathing exercises
Essential oils and Aromatherapy (Optional)

Calming and grounding instruments utilized within the session can be.

Flutes
Singing bowls
Bells and chimes
Drums
Voice, Piano, guitar, harp, and others

Music has been used as a stress reduction aid and a calming tool since ancient times and continues to be used everyday to realign our focus and energy in ways that we want to use it.

Having an hour to devote to sound healing commits you to giving time to relaxation, this is the first step to calming a busy mind. Please enquire about availability.
